Lidong（立冬）, or “Start of Winter,” is one of the 24 Solar Terms in the traditional Chinese calendar. It marks the point when temperatures begin to drop and winter officially begins. Historically, people celebrated Lidong（立冬） with nourishing foods—like dumplings—to stay warm and welcome the new season. To celebrate Lidong（立冬）, the start of winter, our department came together for a warm and joyful dumpling feast. From folding dumplings side-by-side to sharing laughter around the table, the event was filled with energy, teamwork, and the spirit of togetherness that defines our company culture.
